Return and Refund Policy
Overview
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that this policy does not apply to international shipping, as returns for international orders are not accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, you can contact us at Info@lexzon.in. Please note that returns need to be sent to the following address:

Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Every product undergoes a strict quality check with video proof during the production process, so there should be no exceptions. However, if your product arrives torn or pierced, contact us at Info@lexzon.in right away.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the easiest way is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still haven’t received it, please contact us at Info@lexzon.in.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items are not eligible for returns:
- Internationally shipped products
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Intimate or sanitary items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Certain health and personal care items
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, please check the following:
- Review your bank account
- Contact your credit card company (refunds may take some time to be posted)
- Contact your bank for further assistance

Sale Items
Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping Returns
If you are returning an expensive item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item without a tracking option.
